Improvements to our Client Access Portal

In order to improve page load performance and usability, ticket list pages in client portal now have a new layout. The grid, or ticket list, stretches across the page horizontally to expose more summary information and provide additional flexibility for users. This change does not impact the existing default page filters (e.g. My Tickets, Open Tickets) – but provides useful new options for managing a list of tickets within the page and finding the information you need quickly.
