As someone who has always been interested in technology, my journey into I.T began with Telkom, where I worked for two years providing ADSL and desktop support to customers. It was here that I found a passion for helping others, which also allowed me to become much more patient in my role. As my skills and experience grew, I landed a position within the Clicks Group I.T Service Centre, doing incident management, which also introduced me to ITIL. I am fortunate to now be in the employ of a company like Techtron, that takes a much more proactive approach to I.T, thus ensuring that any downtime our clients may experience, is kept to a minimum. I believe that being here will allow me to increase not only my technical skills, but my level of customer service as well.
